FDIC 2010 promises to be the largest, most comprehensive, and most beneficial training opportunity nationally and internationally for all levels of fire service practitioners. FDIC will be hosting more than 24 hands-on training(HOT) evolutions, 34 preconference workshops, and more than 160 classroom presentations.

Early Bird Information: All delegates who pre-registered for FDIC 2010 prior to April 25th, 2009 are entitled to reserve hotel rooms prior to the opening of General Housing in November. You will be contacted by Preferred Convention Services (PCS) in August with the Early Bird Hotel Access Code which will enable you to reserve your room. If you do not receive this information by the end of August, it will be your responsibility to contact PCS to confirm that your correct contact information is on file.
General Housing: Housing for FDIC 2010 will officially open on November 5, 2009. Please click here for a listing of hotels and rates.

Exhibitors:

As in past years, exhibitor hotel reservations will be processed based on the point system put in place by PennWell. Preferred Convention Services (PCS) will be contacting all exhibitors based on the following schedule:
394 – 160 points   September 22, 2009
159 – 100 points   October 12, 2009
99 – 75 points      October 30, 2009
74 – 50 points      November 20, 2009
49 – 25 points      December 11, 2009
24 - 10 points      January 5, 2010
9 – 0 points         January 26, 2010
PCS will email the contact person with the access code needed to submit your hotel request. If you do not hear from us by your group’s date (listed above), please call or email our office to confirm that we have your correct contact information on file. This information was obtained during the re-booking process at FDIC 2009.
