Preferred Convention Services

We're available around-the-clock before your event begins. And on-site during the event to make sure your needs are met without delay. You'll generally find our booth in the registration area even before the action begins and we can be reached by pager any time of the day or night. Each hotel is provided with our voice mail pager which is available at the front desk for all attendees checking in.

Our portable system stores everything we've compiled for your event. With PCS, rest assured that when we're on-site, it's easy for us to answer inquiries and address challenges on the spot.
