HOTEL NEGOTIATIONS AND CONTRACTING
Through years of experience in hotel negotiations, we have developed strong relationships in all major convention markets. While negotiating the lowest possible rates, all hotel contracts include our customized reservation clauses which allow us maximum control of the room blocks.
ROOM BLOCK MANAGEMENT
With our cutting edge technology, we take the worry out of room block management. Constant monitoring, open communications with hotels and room block audits are just a few of the ways PCS works to assure your conference is a success.
PCS is on-site prior to and during your convention to handle any last minute staff requests, deal with any potential hotel issues and track daily pickup numbers as they are happening. We are accessible to the client, hotels and delegates 24-hours a day.
